Consultation
A free consultation is the perfect way to get to know each other, ask some questions, and see if we’ll make a good team. We’ll talk about your current goals and desires for your pregnancy and birth. We will also go over the services I offer, finance options, as well as my contract. I would prefer to meet with your spouse, or whoever else will be supporting you during labor since I'll be working with them too. I can’t wait to meet you!
BASIC PACKAGE 400
This package is exclusive to mamas who are experienced with unmedicated birth, but still want that extra set of hands! It includes TWO prenatal sessions where we will discuss all things pregnancy and birth (past and present), and fine tune your preferences for birth. I am available via text for any questions or concerns you may have throughout your pregnancy. I am present for you and the birth of your baby, and will continue to be on-call for 7 days postpartum for any questions or concerns. You will also receive ONE in home postpartum visit!
ESSENTIAL PACKAGE 600
This package is for first time mamas, or mamas who are new to unmedicated birth! It includes THREE prenatal sessions where we will discuss all things pregnancy and birth (past and present), nutrition and health, fine tune your preferences for birth, and put into practice coping measures for labor. I am available via text for any questions or concerns you may have throughout your pregnancy. I am present for you and the birth of your baby, and will continue to be on-call for 7 days postpartum for any questions or concerns. You will also receive ONE in home postpartum visit!
ULTIMATE PACKAGE 800
This package is for first time mamas, or mamas who are new to unmedicated birth who need a little more preparation for birth! It includes FOUR prenatal sessions where we will discuss all things pregnancy and birth (past and present), nutrition and health, really dive deep into any fears or worries you have, spend a little more time making sure you feel fully educated, and supported, fine tune your preferences for birth, and put into practice coping measures for labor. I am available via text for any questions or concerns you may have throughout your pregnancy. I am present for you and the birth of your baby, and will continue to be on-call for 7 days postpartum for any questions or concerns. You will also receive TWO in home postpartum visit!
INDIVIDUAL PLANNING SESSIONS 50
No Initial Consult required. This is for mamas who don’t plan on hiring a doula, but still want some guidance in planning. Each planning session comes with its own presentation and/or handouts, as well as local resources (if applicable). This can be done in person, or can be accommodated virtually.
